PNC Studios was conceived in 2009 by Paras Nanavati to provide quality BIM and LEED services / training for clients in the AEC industry.

Paras Nanavati

A BIM / LEED Consultant, with a background in physics, architecture and sustainable building, Paras has over 15 years of experience in the Architecture & Construction Industry.



He is experienced in managing and implementing BIM (Building Information Modeling) programs and on a variety of project types including institutional, sports, and aviation. He provides leadership and quality control to manage processes, procedures, standards, and staff. He is experienced in integrated design documentation (IPD), constructability, project management and life cycle assessment of buildings through the use of BIM and other current technologies.



Currently teaching Revit for professionals working in the AEC industry. Member and presenter at Los Angeles Revit User Group with specific technical expertise in BIM systems including MEP and Structural. Holds Autodesk certification for Revit Professional and Revit Educator.

Paras has an extensive background in all aspects of sustainability, from  green building, environmental planning to LEED documentation and its implementation in the creative process.



Paras has served on the Board of Director's at SCI-Arc as the Alumni Representative, where as an educator he sought to influence the continuing education department and helped keep it current. An advocate for sustainable development, Paras has partnered with Clean Edison in providing LEED seminars to educate his peers and colleagues on the LEED rating system and the practices of sustainable design. He has recently been involved in consulting with Sacramento County in helping their entire building and planning department get familiar with green building.

Paras earned his B.Arch degree from SCI-Arc, and also holds a B.Sc in Physics from the University of Mumbai. He continues to share his passion and knowledge by participating as a speaker and guest lecturer at many industry trade shows.
